How do i remove dried concrete from tiles?

During renovation, a concrete film and drops of concrete have been deposited on the tile floor. How do we remove it? I found a concrete remover product that is doing a so-so job, but is very expensive. Is there an easier way? The concrete was deposited on the floor when the roof was removed, and a concrete slab was poured, converting a single story house to a 2 story building. we would appreciate any help since we cant afford to re-tile or carpet the floor until next year.
