Ball was moved or not on green?

technically that would be a 2 stroke penalty because it is the same thing as lifting a ball without marking it. since she replaced it, it is a 2 stroke penalty, but if she hadn't replaced it, it would result in a disqualification. it is the same thing as taking a gimme for a putt. obviously the marshalls didn't see this though or else they would have called her out on it. she is allowed to move the ball if she marks it, but if it isn't marked but put back, it is only a 2 stroke penalty.
