Could this be a sign of pregnancy?

I ovulated March 22-24. Have been experiencing symptoms for the past few days. (real sore bbs, cramps, dizzy spells, nausea, extreme fatigue, major mood swings.) But they could all just be PMS. But last night I noticed blue veins all over my bbs. That doesn't happen to me before af. Then this morning as I was getting dressed I noticed that I have veins on my thighs, hips and also down my arm. Not sure what to make of it. Husband and I have been ttc for a year and nine months and would love for this to be our month. But with so much disappointments in the past we don't get our hopes high without seeing a BFP. Could these veins be a sign of pregnancy? I really do not want to get my hopes up but I am extremely curious. Thanks and sticky baby dust to all who are ttc!
