When ever I leave the tv on I dream very weird stuff. Only when its left on. Very weird dreams.?

Sometime president is in it, some sport, jewlery and it all ties in as a weird story line. I sleep under heavy narcotics (prescribed and legal) and thats why I fall asleep before turning the tv off. I only dream these weird stuff when tv is on.
