What is this?

Hi im 32 and having skin discoloration and pain in upper right side of abdomen and lower by appendix. Sometimes my gall blatter or pancreas makes gurgleing sounds. small patches of pink/red skin raised and dry below neck on chest and back not growing or moving. My skin from the neck up is discolored (evenly) darker then usual and slightly aged(scaly), minor wrinkles) and encompases my entire head. There is the feeling of heat sometimes like a sunburn on the neck and head.
