Will the Govt. RATION Health Care under the REFORM PLAN?

NO but its the battle cry of the reform opposition.."Govt. Takeover!" Health care RATIONING!! The 70's. 80's,even the 90's will be told their too old for replacement joints !! LIE !! Started by Frank Luntz political consultant for the right and Republicans drafted language to resonate with Americans that Govt.. WOULD take over their health care and pick and choose who and how much care would be given. ACTUALLY,,THE PLAN would make Ins companies ACCEPT people and not be able to deny them for preexisting conditions..Annual and LIFE TIME LIMITS would be FORBIDDEN !! Wonder NOW who doesn't want that to happen for WE the PEOPLE ???
