On pill and bf came inside me?

Im on birth controll the yasmin pill and me and my bf has a lot and he usually doesnt *** inside me but today he did .... i usually take the pill on time everyday the only time i dont is like once and hour late or 15-30 minutes.. my period is usally 4 days late and i have a week left on the pills. me and my boyfriend love each other and hes going to get a job sooon jst in case.. im jst scared im going to get pregnant i kno the pill is like 99.7% affective but ima worry wart so please help me :(
