Would this make a difference?

So you missed a period. Could be the lexapro. Could be something random and harmless. Dont worry. I have grown up daughters and it watching them grow was the best time of my life but they had so many problems with their periods etc but eventually they all went away. Dont worry too much about it. Its probably harmless
