Please anwser fast im scared!?

Ok sooo I'm really scared and mad right now so I let my little sister play with my phone and she accidentally clicked on a page for kiddie and it was fake so it said it had all of my information and that it had a tracking device and it said that it would contact me soon. And this phone is connected to my moms phone sooo can I go to jail or will they come to my house im really scared out of my mind right now. :(
