I have a cervical lymph node on my neck which after a fnab came back negative,?

whilst i was at the appointment i mentioned to the consultant that i had several bruises on my legs and body which had appeared from no where so he asked for a full blood count and various other blood work to be done. I had my blood taken and recieved a phone call from anoher local hospital on wednesday saying i was to attend for my results with a consultant haemotologist this friday, i am absolutely petrified that they will give me bad news because i cant understand why i have to see another doctor for the results. am i worrying about nothing?
