How do i remove built up sediment and algae growth from my pavement?

i would def consider putting a stone paver wall up if you could to prevent some of the runoff from coming towards your house its never good to have water towards ur foundation. i would also invest in a power washer and use dawn soap if u needed to bc its a degreaser. you wont need any harsh chemicals with the strength of the power washer.
