Barn Owl is pestering my cat?

Keep the cat in for a while or it could be baby owl food, the owl will need to look elsewhere for food. The owl owns the territory that you and your cat live in. They are protected by law and you don't want to be charged with harming it. Besides they do much more good then harm, eating many rodents.
