If I p these practice tests with a 75-85%, what college cl would I be placed into?

You can do some reviewing and practice testing, but the best indicator of which cl you belong in will be what you are able to do when you take the actual test. Cramming, even if it worked, may just lead to being placed into a more-advanced cl than you are actually prepared for.
